We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. However, due to the highly personalized nature of our products, our refund and cancellation policies are strict.
1. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once the customization (engraving/sketching) process has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Refunds and Returns
Because items are permanently customized with specific names or sketches, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind."
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is physically damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We will happily replace the defective item at no extra cost to you.
